Soundlabs Group specialised acoustic cloth offers the permeability and performance when it comes to acoustics! It is highly transparent speaker cloth: perfect to let the audience hear the true sound of a vintage speaker and modern loudspeakers alike.
It is easy to work with and is ideal for entertainment unit doors, speakers and anywhere you need acoustic transparency. Please note this is a small sample of the cloth detailed below.
Specifications Water Resistant Acoustic Cloth:
- 1.6m wide (approx. with selvedge)
- Main Material: Polyester
- Thickness: 0.9 mm thick (approx.)
- Weight: 200 grams/m2 (approx.)
- Stretch material with excellent sound permeability
- Flame-retardant* polyester with water, oil, and soil-repellent built in
- Remote controls will generally operate through the cloth.
- Oekotex 100 Standard certified
- * B2 fire rating, equivalent to EN 13501-1 class D - same as wood - normally flammable. (This is an improvement over the normal rating of B3 fire rating, equivalent to EN 13501-1 class F - highly flammable). We do have a much higher rated cloth, please check the menu.
- Material can be sewn, glued, hot glued and stapled depending on the surface you are mounting it on. Spot test any glues first if you are not sure!
