RF Explorer WSUB1G+ Slim with 50 kHz - 960 MHz Frequency Range
The RF Explorer is an affordable Handheld Spectrum Analyser designed from scratch to be a multi-purpose tool for the specific needs of digital radio frequency communication. The RF Explorer is aimed to provide a very affordable tool for work in all ISM popular frequency bands. It is based on a highly integrated frequency synthesizer which offers high performance, compact size, low consumption and low cost.
The new SLIM model offers an outstanding robust design, a more convenient USB connector on the side and larger internal battery capacity.
The RF Explorer offers about 90% of what a high cost unit will do for RF digital band communication, at about 5% of the cost! Additionally, it can be carried easily anywhere, used remotely for hours with a single battery charge. The RF Explorer spectrum analyser displays full frequency spectrum in the appropriate band, including carrier and modulated shape. It will also display Spread Spectrum activity that exists and can show bandwidth to monitor collisions and frequency deviation. It includes PC connectivity for extra functionality using standard mini-USB 2.0 connector.

Note: this RF Explorer is a very sensitive spectrum analyzer, specially designed to detect signals with aerial antenna. For extra protection when connecting the analyzer to a signal source with a coaxial cable, we suggest using a RF Explorer Power Limiter
RF Explorer WSUB1G+ Slim and supplied accessories in the case.
Getting Started:
The first thing you want to do is to power up your unit and play with it! This is perfectly ok; just make sure you are not near any strong RF field before plugging in your antenna in the SMA connector. At very same instant you plug in the antenna, the device will start receiving RF energy even if it is powered off.
This is a battery operated device, please charge the battery before use; it comes with half charge as the standard way to extend the battery life when it is stored for an undetermined period of time. But to use it you should fully charge it. Never charge your device unattended.
Note the device will automatically switch ON as soon as you plug it in the USB port, but that doesn't mean it is being charged: to charge the battery you need to switch the battery power to ON.
