Electric Universal Telescopic Auto Antenna AM / FM

Suitable for many old cars, this electric aerial come with a range of mounting angle parts making fitting easier for different guards, plus a variable option. Ideal replacement for Hirschmann aerials with screw type thread. Great for restoration projects or replacement of faulty original equipment power antenna, such as the now discontinued Hirschmann aerials. With 11 angle attachments and mounting parts, this powered antenna suits many cars, including many Mercedes-Benz models.

To optimise the reception of antennas, always ensure an optimum ground connection of the antenna base or the ground strap during installation. Remove existing paint at the contact points with workshop materials and protect against corrosion with suitable contact paste and also treat the antenna rod thread and the antenna base thread to optimise contact.
