With the new Speaker Cloth FR, you can easily fulfil the fire protection regulations for publicly accessible buildings and the corresponding tender requirements. This was virtually impossible with the acoustically transparent textiles previously available on the market. Tested in Australia ASNZ 1530.3-1999, report available upon request. European testing to better than fire protection class B1: Speaker Cloth FR combines optimum preventive fire protection with the excellent acoustic properties typical of all cover fabrics. The fabric has been certified by the French test institute FCBA in accordance with the demanding French standard NFP 92503 M1 and EN 13773-1. It therefore even exceeds the requirements of DIN 4102 B1, which is standard in Germany: the French M1 classification stands for non-flammable materials such as plasterboard.
